General FAQs
Soccer Fun Camp serves children ages 1.5 to 9, with programs thoughtfully designed for each developmental stage. Campers are grouped by age and ability so every child feels comfortable, supported, and successful. Whether your child is brand new to soccer or has some experience, our programs are built to meet them where they are.
We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Closed-toe athletic shoes or soccer cleats
- A labeled water bottle
- Shin guards (optional)
- Sunscreen (optional)
Please leave toys, trading-cards, electronics, and valuables at home — our focus is on movement, play, and teamwork. Any program-specific details will be shared before each session.
Soccer Fun Camp programs run rain or shine. On rare occasions, conditions outside our control make it unsafe to hold a session. In those cases, the session is canceled and no refund, credit, makeup session, or transfer will be issued.
If we cancel a session, we notify families by email as early as conditions allow — typically no later than the day before. Some conditions, such as lightning or a same-day facility closure, cannot be anticipated in advance, so please check your inbox before heading to camp.
Conditions that may trigger cancellation include, but are not limited to, wildfire smoke or poor air quality, lightning and thunder, extreme heat or cold, high winds, hail, flooding, ice, severe storms, unsafe field conditions, facility closures, and other acts of nature or emergency conditions. Soccer Fun Camp retains sole discretion to cancel or end a session early when, in our judgment, conditions present a risk to participant or staff safety. We will not hold a session in conditions we believe are unsafe.
A session that begins and is ended early for these reasons is considered held, and this policy applies in full. Coaching staff, facility fees, equipment, and administration are committed in advance of each session, and those costs are not recoverable.
Full terms are included in the cancellation policy you sign at registration.

Parent involvement depends on your child's age and the type of program:
- Tiny Mini (ages 1.5–3): Parents stay on-site, and have the option to participate alongside their child.
- Pre-K (ages 3–4): Parents may assist as needed, but we encourage autonomous play and following directions without parent involvement.
- Ages 5–9: Primarily drop-off.
- Classes: Parents are welcome to observe.
- Camps: Drop-off.
We ask that parents do not coach or give any form of advice from the sidelines — it helps kids focus, build autonomy, and enjoy themselves more fully. Across every program, our goal is to help children grow more independent over time.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to properly staff and operate programs.
If you cancel your registration:
14+ days before camp begins
- Full refund minus a 15% non-refundable registration fee.
Less than 14 days before camp begins
- No refund.
How to cancel
- Email contact@soccerfuncamp.com. Cancellations are effective the date we receive your email; phone or text requests are not accepted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Additional terms
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
- If Soccer Fun Camp cancels a session due to weather or unsafe conditions, registration fees are non-refundable. See "What happens if there's bad weather?" FAQ.
We don't — all enrollments require full session pricing. Our classes build real group chemistry week after week, and consistent attendance is what makes that happen. Registration stays open throughout the session, so you're always welcome to join anytime at the full rate.
We don't offer trial classes. We keep our groups consistent so kids can build real connections and feel comfortable with their teammates from day one — that experience starts with committing to the full session.

Weekly Classes FAQs
Our weekly classes serve children ages 1.5–9, with different class groups designed for each age range.
Our weekly classes run by season — typically an 8 to 12 week session. That consistency is the whole point: over a full session, kids build real skills, form friendships, and grow more confident week after week. With sessions running throughout the year, there's always a season to start with.
