Terms & Conditions


 The following is signed electronically once per season when registering through our online platform, UltraCamp.

By registering my child for Soccer Fun Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in soccer and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child. I hereby release and hold harmless Soccer Fun Camp, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage incurred while participating in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

2. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Soccer Fun Camp staff to obtain necessary medical care for my child if I cannot be reached. I consent to any examination, treatment, or care deemed necessary by licensed medical professionals. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

3. Media / Photo Release
I grant permission for Soccer Fun Camp to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child taken during camp activities for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, without compensation. If I prefer that my child not be included in photos or videos, I understand that I may notify Soccer Fun Camp in writing.

4. Code of Conduct
I understand that all participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow coach instructions. Soccer Fun Camp reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
I acknowledge and agree to the camp’s cancellation and refund policy, including any deadlines and forfeiture terms outlined at the time of registration.

6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.

Refund Policy


If you cancel your registration, the following will apply (based on the first day of camp):

14+ days before camp begins:

  • Full refund minus a 15% non-refundable fee.

Less than 14 days before camp begins:

  • No refund

Additional Terms

  • The 15% non-refundable fee applies to all registrations and is retained regardless of cancellation timing.
  • No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
