Our Commitment to Safety & Supervision

Your Child's Safety Comes First

The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We keep clear policies in place to ensure a safe, structures, and positive environment for all participants.

No One-on-One Interactions

  • Staff are never alone or isolated with a child
  • All interactions happen in open, observable spaces
  • Coaches stay in continuous communication as a team
  • Applies to both in-person and digital communication

Active Supervision & Staff Ratios

  • Consistent staff-to-participant ratios (around 10:1)
  • All children are actively supervised at all times
  • Activities structured for group visibility and oversight
  • Junior and teen coaches are supervised by adult coaches

Bathroom Policy

  • Two coaches escort one child (2-on-1) — never one adult alone
  • Coaches confirm the bathroom is empty first
  • Coaches wait outside; a child is never inside with an adult
  • No one else may enter while a child is in there

Transportation Policy

  • Staff don't transport participants unless explicitly authorized
  • Approved transport requires parental consent and group supervision
  • Transportation is only used for approved off-site activities
  • One-on-one transportation is not permitted

A Safe, Positive Environment

We're committed to a space where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged. If you ever have questions about our safety policies, we're always happy to discuss them.
