Elite Training - Friday Classes Starting April 5 [10 weeks] Lakeridge Elementary

AGES 9-16 (boys and girls)

This is a training for those who want to maintain and sharpen their skills heading into tryout season.Coached by Elliot and Orlando, who have coached and played at the Division 1 collegiate level and beyond.

This 10 week program will prep you for upcoming tryouts and get you mentally and physically prepared for your upcoming season. In addition to high-level technical training, we will discuss how to stand out at tryouts, what qualities coaches are looking for and strategies for being selected to your first choice team.

• Water

• Session soccer cleats for grass

• Athletic shoes for technical futsal style training on hard surface.

• Shinguards and soccer ball (recommended)
