Waiver consent:
Enrollment in Soccer Fun Camp programs permits my child/player to participate in any/all program activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to program participation. I do here by waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Soccer Fun Camp personnel, sponsors and coaches for any claim arising out of any injury to my child. I also understand that it is my responsibility to notify the coach of any medical/physical condition(s) that could limit my child’s/player’s participation or special attention.

Media consent:
I, the undersigned parent or guardian, do authorize Soccer Fun Camp to utilize any and all photographs for or as deemed necessary for our websites and other promotions.

Camp safety & guidelines

 

We will always abide by CDC and state guidelines for Covid-19. we are just as serious about you and your kids health as we are about having fun. We want to ensure your kids health and safety are our utmost priority.

We never have a coach alone with a child out of sight unless it is a genuine emergency. Bathroom breaks always require a minimum of two coaches and multiple children. One coach waits outside the bathroom while another scans the bathroom to make sure it is completely unoccupied. Then coaches will stand outside the entrance of the bathroom while the kids use the restroom by themselves.

Campers must be signed in and out of camp by parent or legal guardian.

REFUND POLICY

 

  • 30+ days notice (from first day of camp) - full refund minus $20 registration fee or voucher for another camp of equal or lesser value.

  • 14 to 30 days notice, full refund minus $30 reg. fee OR $20 fee and voucher.

  • 7-14 days notice - full refund minus $50 fee OR voucher with $30 fee.

  • Less than 7 days notice will receive 50% refund or voucher with $50 fee.

  • Vouchers good for 12 months.

  • No refunds for no-shows and leaving early.
